You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, whether anonymous or linked. Kinkō Creations is not liable for data loss due to unauthorized access.
Moji offers an optional "Moji Plus" upgrade. This one-time purchase unlocks the full library of 260 words. (Free users only have access to 20 words.) Payments are handled through the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store in the future), and their respective refund policies apply.
If you wish to request a refund, you may do so directly through Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase. After the 48-hour Google Play refund window, refund requests must be submitted directly to us. Refunds are only available for unused upgrades. If additional words unlocked by the upgrade have already been completed, the purchase is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the app or use the service for any illegal activities.
Moji is provided "as is" without any warranties. Kinkō Creations does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinkō Creations shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app.
